Finally after one month delay, I am on flight to Halifax to begin a solo 10,500 km kayak tour taking me through amazing Canada and the USA. I am paddling for two charities, Doctors without Borders and Captains without Borders. I look forward to one year of breathtaking experiences and pristine nature.
Hi Mark, hope this comment finds you well. I've been following you on YouTube. What an amazing venture. I'm a kayaker myself and have always wanted to do a long voyage. But at 75 I think it will remain a dream. So I use your YouTube episodes to enlarge it. And as food for thougth. You're quite a philosopher. Gods speed Mark! P.S. I've been a supporter of Leger uten grenser for a few years. Good cause. All the best

Wow. Over halfway and almost to the Gulf. An amazing journey indeed. I have been following your adventures. Especially enjoy the landscape scenes from the water ie east coast of Canada, and all the rest. LOL. I am a recreational kayaker. Being on water is magic. Way to go !!!! Keep safe.
Saw pics of you coming thru the Pickwick Dam Locks in Counce, TN… on the Pickwick Locks FB page. I then followed a link to your webpage… and what a delightful find. :) Best wishes as you continue your journey!
Hi Mark! It was nice meeting you in Grafton. I'm glad you found some shelter from the rain. We're here in Alton now too but will be flying out Nov 3rd. Maria will be back maybe around Thanksgiving. Maybe she'll see you again. Anyway, best of luck on your journey. I'll continue to follow your progress. All the best!
